Download the reference form for the YHM (you will need two copies), either in MS Word format or PDF format.
Please note that we need two references. At least one of the references should be a pastor, elder or youth leader from your church. Family members are not allowed as a reference
Permit and visa
Download the permit and visa information (MS Word document) to check whether you can apply for the Shelter YHM or not.

1 passport photo or other picture of you
copy of your most recent school diploma (only for non-EU applicants)
