As a staff member, you will have the chance to participate in our Ministry Training Program. Through teaching and practical training we aim to equip you for the ministry and help you to deepen your faith.

Our training program aims to equip you for practical hostel service, evangelism, spiritual growth and Christian living. Our desire is that the program will prepare you for your time of ministry in Amsterdam and beyond.

MTP
The Ministry Training Program (MTP) is closely connected with the service and ministry in the hostels. It combines classroom teaching with practical application. Two half days a week (on Monday and Wednesday) are set apart for teaching and training. During the rest of the week you can put the lessons into practice in the hostel ministry.
